Im happy with it overall. The parts feel sturdy and well made, though there are a few rough edges here and there. Nothing major, but its worth mentioning.

The product details were clear and easy to understand, which I appreciated. I just found myself wanting a few more photos while I was looking through it, like different angles or maybe a closer shot. I guess I kept thinking, okay, this sounds good, but I want to actually see a bit more before deciding.

I kind of regret not realizing sooner that some of the replies were a bit unclear. It worked okay overall, but there were moments where I had to reread things or guess what was meant, which was frustrating.

I sent the item back and the whole return process has just dragged on forever. I get that refunds can take a few days or whatever, but it feels like once I’ve returned it, the money should basically be on its way already. Still no refund, and it’s just been a hassle.

It took me way longer to install this than I thought it would. The instructions were... not super clear, and I ended up having to redo a couple of steps before it finally worked. It’s working fine now, but the whole setup process was annoying.

I was just trying to get some help with a setup problem , but the support replies were super short and not very useful . It dragged on way longer than it should have , and the issue still is not fixed . Honestly , it was frustrating .

I didn’t have a great experience with this, tbh. It was confusing to use and just felt like a waste of time overall. I kept expecting it to get better, but nope. I probably wouldn’t use it again lol
